1 - Every student has and AD account - You or someone needs to maintain those! The movement of students through my district is quite high, it averages about 10-20 a week with a district of 1000 kids.
We have a district of about 3500 students and this isn't a problem if you have a SIS. We're on Skyward, so all of the new students and student transfers have to be processed in that anyway, so we use SIF to automatically export the student roster from that every day and sync to AD.
